This tool is available to the 90 court representative members in Navarre, and it is hoped that 100% will be using it by the end of the year.

As experts in procedural law, court representatives manage legal evidence and are responsible for enforcing the judgement. “At this point, around 25% of judgements are enforced in Spain. The member of the New Technologies Committee of the Spanish General Council of Court Representatives explains that the goal is that all emails sent by members are certified. “We prefer that everything is certified and we cannot distinguish between which communications are and which are not”. And the tool will be a “major email filtering and storage system to consult our communications with the court”. For this purpose, deadlines are very relevant, which is why it is important to know when it is sent and whether it has been received or read.
